Design inclusively, for people, with people in mind

During a semester abroad in Budapest, Hungary, I started to understand the UX design process and the importance of user-centered design. I fell in love with UX as it is a perfect intersection between art and technology - a union that I was always looking for but never knew existed. My photography and lighting expertise helps me holistically understand how the user 'sees' a product. I always make sure my execution aligns with technical restrictions and solves actual user problems.

During a semester abroad in Budapest, Hungary, I started to understand the UX design process and the importance of user-centered design. I fell in love with UX as it is a perfect intersection between art and technology - a union that I was always looking for but never knew existed. My photography and lighting expertise helps me holistically understand how the user 'sees' a product. In UX, my efforts focus on the individual aspects of a product, including visual and content, and how they coalesce to generate something bigger than the sum of their parts.

Having been exposed to the education and culture of 3 continents (Asia, Europe, and North America), I grew to have an open mindset that empathizes with the pain points of different users. I believe digital experience is greatly shaped by human-to-human interaction, culture, and the surrounding environment.

I thrive best when working in a team. I often found myself bringing people together and working collaboratively through weekly team meetings, workshops, and bonding challenges.

As an Operation Manager at my college's Student Programs, I found myself bringing people together and working collaboratively through weekly team meetings, workshops, and bonding challenges. In UX, it takes designers, developers, PMs, and users to move forward at any given point of a project. I always make sure my execution aligns with coding restrictions and solves business problems that matter to the stakeholders.
